interview

ok...

I had an interview this morning for a Program Director position.

I went into this interview with a totally different idea of what the job was.

I thought I would be the program director for the entire facility. I thought I would be programing events and groups.

I was wrong.

It is a position that is much more business like and professional.

It is the 'boss' of the entire memory care facility.

I would be in charge of an activity assistant and ~5 care givers (support staff). I would still be responsible for programing events and daily activities.

I can do this job--- it just wasn't what I was expecting.

The woman I interviewed with told me that I should be getting a call from her boss for a 2nd interview and then another call from another person for a phone interview!

I'm nervous!!!

I am anxious for these upcoming calls and interviews!!
