my birthday

My birthday was last week!
I turned 27!
I got lots of nice cards and gifts.
This is my mantle with my collection of cards and gifts.
The flowers on the left are from Bryan and the bamboo is from my mom and dad!
This card is a late addition. It came in the mail after I had taken this picture and disassembled my birthday shrine mantle. But it is funny so I had to add it.
ALSO- My husband can't do anything normal. He did get me flowers! But then he had me sit down on the couch and he read a list he had made. It is a list of 27 facts about May 19th and the number 27. I sat on the couch with my mouth open in a huge smile because...well... there isn't much else you can do!
Here are some samples from this list.
First of all... it was titled:
27/XXVII/3x9= twenty-seven
1. The natural number following 26 and preceding 28.
2. Twenty seven is the smallest positive integer requiring four syllables to name it in English, though it can be unambiguously defined in just two: "three cubed"
4. There are a total of 27 books in the new testament.
7. The total number of letters in the Hebrew alphabet is 27.
13. Weird Al Yankovic is obsessed with the number 27 and hides it all over his album covers.
22. Abbe Faria's prisoner number was 27 in the book The Count of Monte Cristo.
And they only got more hilarious and stranger as the list went on.
